From 16 to 21 October 2007 - "Involtino... mon amour"

With the kind contribution of “Firriato” agricultural farm and “Slow Food”. La Durlindana presents the first edition of “Involtino mon amour”, a 5-day event in which you can taste the different varieties of our Chef’s special involtini, stuffed rolled fish fillets made from locally caught fish.
16 October: opening evening party. Ms Vinzia Firriato, our special guest, will introduce our customers to “Quater”, the latest wine of the farm that will be served at the dinner. Our customers will also have the chance to taste all the other wines of this Sicilian but internationally known agricultural farm.

17 august 2007: “Taste Theatre” – A “Slow Food” event.  

Our Chef prepared his delicious swordfish specialities such as stuffed rolled swordfish in the area of the former “Irrera a mare”,  with the beautiful view of the Strait in the background.
